At Indy Tire & Service Centers, we believe that there is more to selling tires than simply price. We have found that most people know a lot about their vehicle, but not so much about their tires. What are all of the letters and numbers for, and what do they mean?
This is why we feel that it is our duty when selling tires to make sure we are selling you:

PLATINUM ROAD-HAZARD WARRANTY
- Free replacement coverage for a road hazard or workmanship / material defect. The only exception is we will not cover ride disturbances after the first 25% of tread wear
- This protection is good down to 3/32 of tread remaining on the tire
- The certificate will be honored at any Best One dealer
- Tire will be replaced with the same or comparably priced tire
- Certificate does not cover damaged caused by collision, vandalism, mechanical defects, or willful abuse
- The certificate is non-transferable
Indy Tire & Service Centers promises FREE replacement on all tires registered in the event of failure due to a non repairable road hazard, workmanship, or materials defect for the life of the original tread for 3 (three) years OR 36,000 (thirty-six thousand) miles from the date of purchase (whichever comes first).
Customer is responsible for:
- New road-hazard certificate
- Balancing and valve stems
- Any applicable taxes
- Any disposal fee
NATIONWIDE PROTECTION
If a customer cannot get back to the original store of purchase, they need to call 1-877-NEED-TIRES to find the nearest Best-One dealer. If the closest dealer is more than 50 (fifty) miles away, then the customer is to go to the nearest tire retailer to get their problem handled. If the tire needs repaired, the customer will be reimbursed for the repair (not to exceed $15 (fifteen dollars). If the tire needs replaced, the customer is to have it replaced with a comparably priced tire and will be reimbursed the amount they paid for the tire.
To receive credit the customer must have:
- Tire that had the road-hazard
- Original invoice for original tire
- Road-Hazard certificate they originally purchased
- Invoice where they purchased the new tire or had the old one repaired
